  : The house was so filthy we didn’t stay in it at all which left us searching for a hotel at the last minute. Can’t imagine what they were thinking in putting such a place out for over night stays. I have owned rental properties and wouldn’t have shown that house for a low grade, long term rental without a top to bottom scrubbing, years cleanup, etc.

  : Don't let the appearance fool you. This was a lovely location just outside Knoxville. It was very quiet and the rooms were comfortable. Excellent shower and internet for those that need to work. The host was also extremely responsive with any issues and even replaced a smoke detector that was beeping within 24 hrs of us telling them.Very kid friendly (had a highchair), actual knifewear (sharp as well). Those that like to express their affection can also do so without having to worry about noise, which is a huge plus for those of us who enjoy expressing affection.
  : I received 2 different instructions. The one from the host should be followed. Wi-Fi name would also be nice to know in the directions. Be prepared for an unusual amount of forms from the host, worth the effort
