  : The room was dirty. Had to get housekeeping to come clean up food on the floor that was left from previous occupants. Otherwise, dusty and dirty. Also tried the restaurant that I was told was open til 10pm. We arrived at 8:40 pm were rushed to order, then rushed to leave just minutes after we got our food which was overpriced and not good. The bartender/server dropped the check just minutes after I had started eating then came back to ask if he could just charge it to the room because I hadn’t put payment down yet( and it was about 9pm at this time). Ruined our dinner. The worst thing about the stay was the pool which was the reason why I chose the place. I called them the night I booked the stay to specifically find out if the indoor pool was heated because we had two very small children in the party that chill easily and I was told that the pool was indeed heated. Well, it absolutely was not heated and was very chilly. The two babies couldn’t tolerate it and had to stay so we tried to take them to the outdoor baby pool but then quickly realized that there was a large yellow jacket nest in the area right by the baby pool and the yellow jackets were flying around and landing on the water all over outside! Then we noticed that there were many of them actually in the water too! The pool was the main reason why we booked there for a small family staycation and it was entirely ruined! A very expensive and disappointing experience. We left that day instead of staying there any longer.
