  : The farm is situated on top of a hill, revealing a great view of the picturesque mountains surrounding Kitzbuhel and it was so lovely enjoying breakfast from the balcony surrounded by nature and no buildings around. Rosi is one of the friendliest hosts I've come across - she was incredibly nice to offer us a ride to get food when she found out we'd come with no car, checked in on us when there was a big storm and we were up in the mountain, and dropped us off close to the station on the very last day. The apartment was cosy and very clean, decorated in an Alpine chalet style. We went to Kitzbuhel for hiking and it was convenient to have a fully equipped kitchen to make early morning breakfast/late evening dinners.
  : 1. It would have been great if the hosts had informed us/asked in advance about getting us a Guestkarte. Since it was our first time in Tyrol, we had no idea we could get one and only found out about it (despite doing prior research) at the cable cars by which point it was towards the end of our holiday and there was no point. 2. The duvets of the bed were synthetic which is not a problem but they would keep us too warm and sweaty throughout the night and sleeping without them would be very cold. Finally, I'd say the location is not great if you're not using a car. It is 30-40 mins walk to the cable cars and main hiking areas, so if you're coming down the mountain tired, you'd have to walk all the way back and up the steep roads to the farm.
