WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available cot.
People no matter the age stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. BMA Cyprus Holiday Group LTD will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Please inform Larnaca Villa Marina in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
Please note that unaccompanied groups of 21 years old cannot be accommodated in Marina 43.
