  : The rooms were good and were very clean but the corridor need to be washed. All other facilities as expected, but we could not find an iron for ironing.

  : Breakfast was good. The hotel was quite quiet.
  : Problems with sewerage and water in general. When I arrived, the toilet was very dirty. The water filled the sink very quickly and took ages to drain. Although the bed sheets were clean, the room in general was quite unclean, for example, dirty spots on curtains and dirty sink.

  : I liked the Morning and Afternoon staff and the clean room and toilet.
  : I came late to the hotel after a wedding around 2 am and I was terribly welcomed by a rude staff who's an old man who works there at night shift. I couldn't open the door so I signalled the employ at the receptions to the open the door and when he came to the front gate, the first thing he told me was and I quote "Can't you not read"? I replied what do you mean? The old man told me that there's a sign here written that "if the door is closed press the button". I told him I didn't see it. And he kept insulting me saying can't you not read in Swedish or English? In mind I'm tired and this old guy is giving me hard time at 2 am, instead of welcoming and instructing me how to do it next time but instead he just kept insulting me and I didn't have the energy to argue and said ok ok ok. The funny thing is after this unpleasant interaction, he didn't even checked that I was staying in the hotel. He didn't even asked for my ID or for my room number to make sure that I'm not just a stranger who's trying to sneak in. I already complained about the old man to the morning staff and they directed me to complain on the website. The staff in the morning and the afternoon were perfect, welcoming and pleasant to talk too. But the old man at the night shift was a rude person and I don't know why is a person with that kind of attitude/ behaviour works in GOOD MORNING KISTA?
