  : That Windsor Hills sold the apartment with garden view and pool view - and the only view was to the parking placeAnd Windsor Hills don´t tried to solve it; they promised to call back but didn´t do it. And they didn´t solve the problem. But they want to have that we should pay for 2 nights (where we have being waiting for a solution) and they also want paying for service for 5 nights and cleaning for 5 nights

  : The location and landscaping was great! The Villa was mostly clean. The washer and dryer were good. Bathrroms were clean and towels were soft.
  : I wish I got the condo I booked. I ended up having to stay somewhere else that Windsor hotel found for me because of a last minute flood. The pipes in the walls rattled in the walls very loud anytime you used any of the water including the toilets. And there was a small ant infestation on the kitchen counters everyday even though we had no food out. All the beds felt like sleeping on bricks! Cozy looking rooms all around but not comfortable at all. Internet was terrible.

  : The property is one of the worst hygiene house that you can ever have full of cockroaches extremely dirty and property management was extremely rude what a number of emails and for calls with booking.com management they told me that the property manager will compensate you the bad experience that I had and that it nothing please at all is this a matter of loving from my side and until I left nothing was done I don’t recommend at all to stay in such property and I’m not willing all to deal with booking.com normal I have shared a lot of photos of the cockroaches the dirty house I. My previous emails to you and you can go to it

  : I liked the location of the resort. Near disney´s parks. I liked the size of the apartment and the high floor. Excelent.
  : First of all, the key box didn´t work when my parentes arrived. It looked rusty. They are over 70 years old, after a long trip, and have been outside for 2 hours without any assistence. They went to the resort concierge, but no one could help. We called the numbers we saw at the contrat, but they have no help. Luckly, 2 guestes passed by and after unsucessful attempts, they managed to open the box with force. The resort´s response was not adequate. They said the next day would send a person to resolve the problem. My parent´s didn´t recive anyone. In addition the apartment was not very clean. The balcony carpet was out of place. Part of the old curtain in the living room was broke on the floor when we arrived. The hall bathroom drain was clogged. The suite´s glass box was stuck. I have video and photos.To be short, the administration of the apartment is terrible. No feedback, no proper return in order to solve problems. Every contact we made, was as if the problem were ours. No excuse for that.
