  : The television in the master bedroom didn't work and there should have been a blind or curtain to the back door no privacy at all.

  : Everything was pretty amazing. The bedrooms are very comfortable and clean, like the bathrooms. Great living room and kitchen. The house is brand new and the condominium is quite useful! We loved the experience!!!
  : The time response from FVH is not as fast as expected. We sent some emails asking for assistance and their response never came...

  : Everything was nice and clean when we got there but no garbage replacement bags. Pool heat was fantastic. Will difinately use again and recommend
  : No access to clubhouse without driving there. No instructions for what to do with cleaning all clothes were wash no broom anywhere to sweep or vaccum.

  : The accommodations were clean, easy to access, and comfortable. The contract was very clear about what would be provided and what we were expected to do.
  : There were no curtains on the windows and the parking lot lights were very bright.

  : Location of West Lucaya. That is sleeps 8, with 2 more in a sleeper sofa. Clean. Location of unit was great. Pool. Work out room.Had: washer dryer, dishwasher, dishes and silverware, coffee maker, pans, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, fridge with ice maker, DVD player, DVR, 4 TVs ( one in every bedroom plus living room). Parking right out side the door.
  : No extra toilet paper..only half a roll to start. No coffee filters, but had a coffee maker. Only one dishwasher pack for an 8 day stay. No salt or pepper, but had shakers. No washcloths. No dishwashing liquid. Washer and dryer, but no laundry supplies at all. Clock on kitchen wall was not working, probably needs new batteries. Could have used more hangers, like 10 in each bedroom would be fine. Hotel sized shampoo only for 8 days.. Bar face soap. No shower gel. Not enough supplies for an 8 night stay. Landscaping at 8 am on Wednesdays..right outside a first story bedroom window. No broom, but had vacuum cleaner. Needed a few more towels. $ 150 cleaning fee no matter how long or short the stay. Worth it fo a week or more, but not for just a few days.

  : The location was very nice and it was secure as it was in a gated community. The facility was in very good condition and the rooms were large. The beds were comfortable. The location was very quiet.
  : There should be a bare minimum of items such as toilet paper. I know that the instructions said 1 roll was provided, however the roll we had was only a quarter of a roll. It is difficult to travel with liquids and one would think that some dishwashing pods or detergent could be provided. So come prepared to stop at a store prior to check-in and get things like dish detergent, toilet paper, trash bags, coffee filters and other very BASIC items.

  : 2 of the bedroom TVs were broke on arrival. Maintenance took 2 days to come and take them out of the rooms and we're never replaced our entire 8 day stay
