: The complex was clean and had several pools and areas to sit and relax
: The property is very outdated no access to sit outside cutlery and crockery need renewing tv has no local stations only streaming and most of these are not subscribed to access in to the complex is terrible you have a 5 to 8 minute wait while they check your registration

: The host for this property was extremely responsive and pleasant. I really appreciated him installing an app on the Roku TV for us within 10 minutes of my asking. The property was perfectly cleaned upon arrival. The pool is beautiful, open 24/7, and about 200 feet from the house. Wifi is included and fast.
: My only criticism is that there was a shortage of kitchenware. There was no frying pan, just a single large pot. Furthermore, I think it would be nice to provide a few extra trash bags. It's hard to buy trashbags in low quantities, but having 2 or 3 extra would get us through the week. There was only 1 provided.

: We had a very negative experience at this property. The unit was not very clean, and not stocked very well. We were going to let that go, but then, on the last night of our stay (needing to get up early the next morning), the A/C failed. It was leaking condensation onto the floor. It was a hot and humid Florida summer night, and our family of 5 was melting. It was torture! We messaged the property owner, but didn't get a response until the next morning. We discussed receiving a credit due to the issue. The owner first said he would be away on a trip for 2 weeks, and that he would reply after. I reached out again after two weeks, but never received a response. Booking.com customer service reached out as well, but they told us that the property owner was not being helpful with them either. Keep in mind, this was a 9 night rental. We paid a lot of money for this. Even still, the owner clearly doesn't care. In general, the unit isn't well-maintained (I've attached some pictures). I would caution anyone from staying here. Even without the A/C issue, it was not a good experience.

: The property is a little tired.There is no where to sit outside, other than the community areas - that said it was far too hot to sit outside during the day.
