  : Everything in the pictures look bigger than what it really was. One of the sinks in one of the master bedrooms was clogged as well as the kitchen sink. There was a dirty towel in one of the bathrooms. The bathtub in the upstairs hallway had mold on the corners. The freezer did not freeze things and the fridge would maintain the things room temperature. The A/C stopped working the second night, it was not cooling.

  : The location is great, the house was cozy and bedding was comfortable. The management company is awesome and prompt. I wanted to pay to have the pool heated when the pool guy came he couldn't heat the pool because the motor was broken, the rental office refunded the money I paid for pool heating and had the motor repaired and pool heated up anyways, eventhough the spa jets were not working properly they still did their best to accommodate us during our stay.
  : The property needs a whole lot of repairs and upgrades. The carpet was horrible, there were small holes in some walls, the spa was not properly working, the shower doors were damaged,and the dishes in the cabinets were not cleaned properly, the sink in master bathroom was very slow to drain as if something was occluding it, lizards, lizards and more lizards! They were literally stalking the unit inside the screening surrounding the pool area and in front of the house. One of the screen panels is damaged or removed over the pool so everytime we entered the pool we had to check for snakes or lizards and swat flies and bugs. Me and my husband got bit by fire ants sitting on the back patio as well.

  : Plenty of space and a separate area for the kids to lounge and watch cartoons. Great neighborhood and easy access to Disney.
  : The master bedroom bed was awful. You could feel every single spring in the mattress, it needs to be replaced. Each bathroom only had two bath towels and some didn’t have any hand towels. Kitchen didn’t have any kitchen towels and no pot holders so that we had to use our already limited bath towel supply. Dishwasher wouldn’t work so we had to hand wash dishes our whole trip. Reached out online without any response. Pictures are not really accurate to current state, it is much more weathered and needs a fresh coat of paint. Screened in pool area was missing a large screen segment letting bugs in. It needs some TLC. Otherwise it was good but not great.
