  : Paid for a room with pool view, and window was so dirty I couldn't see out of it. They closed the lazy river, which was the entire reason we stayed there in the first place, and didn't even get to use it. Weird stains on the carpet. Front desk loudly playing CNN and acting like a political activist to guests. Keep your politics to yourself. If you still decide to stay here even though it sucks, at least don't pay extra for a view you don't get.

  : The only thing we liked was the lazy river and water slide area.
  : We had multiple issues with the 1st being the remote for the TV wasn't working, tried to call front desk but the phone in the room wasn't working either. I used my cell to call the hotel to notify them of both issues, someone from maintenance brought batteries for the TV remote however nothing was done with the phone. Well after midnight the 1st night we were watching TV and I found the remote wasn't working again, I looked all over the TV that was mounted on the wall for a manual shut off button but could find nothing and of course the phone wasn't working so I had to call the hotel again from my cell. the front desk tells me there is no one from maintenance at that time of night! I asked how am I supposed to turn the TV off, thankfully she brought the remote from the lobby and it worked with my TV, and she left that remote with me. The laundry room was disgusting and there were only 2 or 3 dryers working at the time, but I did not find that out until I had already fed one machine a dollar. Our room had so much humidity that even our Stanley tumblers had condensation which never happens with that kind of tumbler. We couldn't go down the hall without it smelling like weed at any time of the day, I get that it is legal with a MM card but when my grandkids ages 10 and 8 ask what that smell is because it stinks, to me that is a problem and lowers the class of the hotel. needless to say, but I will not be staying here ever again!!

  : Clean, large rooms, beautiful pool and lazy river. I loved the tacos and quesadillas at the restaurant.
  : I never got my extra pillows. There was no hot water on Saturday. Didn't like the breakfast at the restaurant. Packing was a little hard to find.

  : Location was great, pool bar had very good food, clean room and pool, gift shop came in handy, AC was good
  : the bed was comfortable but under the blankets was weirdly humid, it made your skin sticky just laying there despite the room being cold. Asked for sheets to be changed and they just brought a bag of sheets up and gave it to us, I guess expecting us to do it ourselves.

  : I liked the staff, helpful and friendly. The room was good size, plenty room for beds and seating, good amount of lighting,lots of power points. Great pool area. Well stocked shop was open until midnight. Nice bar. Girl from New York on front desk was so pleasant and helpful.
  : Breakfast poor selection not good value for $15. The exercise room had limited equipment, i.e. only one treadmill.
