  : Nice property... great location. Private pool made it easy for us to not have to travel around to entertain the kids. Plenty of room it’s was 9 of us total and we have enough sleeping room to add 2-3 more guest if needed. Pool is definitely for smaller children but the adults played too. Definitely would book again. Area was quiet
  : No complaints... but I wish they have a grill we didn’t have to pay (for propane tanks) to use.

  : The house was beautiful as was the grounds. It was very comfortable and clean and having filtered water in the refrigerator was a plus. All of us, except my husband, thought the beds were very comfortable. My daughters even wanted to know the brand of bed, they loved them so much. Parking was convenient and it was less than 15 minutes from all the Disney parks.
  : It was not well supplied. No extra rolls of TP. I understand only 1 roll of paper towels, but I've NEVER rented accommodations that didn't provide TP. No conditioner at all. I knew the shampoo would be hotel size, but I expected conditioner and was told beforehand that it had that, and it didn't. No oven mit and only 1 kitchen towel and absolutely no washclothes for bathing or kitchen to wipe down the counters. Only 1 bath towel per person and no beach towels, but at least I was warned about this, so we brought our own, but it would've been nice not to have to do that. Also all the resort amenities, besides the pool, cost extra, even the mini golf. The staff did not enforce the rules. Guests were smoking and vaping everywhere at the pool with no consequence. That smell is not only annoying, but I have a daughter with asthma and another highly allergic to cigarette smoke. Communication was lacking. We were not told where to put our trash (in the bins outside the front door--found that out from the garbage man), not told the wifi password (had to call and call, send messages and finally got someone to answer), no response when neighbors were outside at 1 am talking VERY loudly and having a "party", no response when told there was a broken bar stool.

  : The property looks just like the picture.
  : I didn’t like that there were roaches and spiders in the unit. And I attempted to co tact management several times with no response. Even booking was reaching out to them saying they haven’t received a response. They will definitely contact you for payment but will not respond to inquiries

  : I like the guest services from the storey lake resort
  : The owner of the air bnb let me and my family sit outside for 2 hours before she gave me the code to get in the house. It states that the house come with heated pool which it was not heated. I just the wonder vacation was not friendly at all I had to rely on storey lake resort to help me out with the owners of the wonder vacation

  : Overall a great house in a great location with easy access to Disney and surrounding area. The house was clean, comfortable and well decorated. We enjoyed having the private pool as well.
  : A few minor things cause me to give 4 stars instead of 5, but if these aren’t important to you then you’d likely give it 5 stars. There are a few things missing from the house that I expect in a rental. First some kitchen supplies. There was no Keurig or crockpot. At this point I really expect most rentals to have a Keurig as I know almost no one with a standard coffee pot. I also want a crockpot to make dinner time easy when we’ve been out all day having fun. Additionally there were no extra trash bags and only 1 dishwasher pod. Most places I’ve rented from usually have a few extras of these necessities. There were supplies left for hand washing but I just don’t consider that sanitary especially during Covid. The kitchen was also a little lacking in eating utensils considering the size of the home. There were barely enough forks for 1 meal. And lastly the lack of wash cloths apparently due to sanitary purposes which I just don’t understand. Wash cloths can be washed and sanitized just like towels and hotels do this every day.
