: I like the fact when you call the office; they always answer your cal.
: Some of the stuff in the kitchen wasn't clean, we found hair on the bed. It looks like they did not change the sheet. On my first day we had to clean those sheet and towels. We spent that much money especially for the private pool. When we came, the pool was dirty. When we call. They sent someone, he said that the pool has a problem it is not working. The office said they will send someone to fix it on Tuesday and we came from Thursday to Monday. I ask for some refund because, the money we spent, was be cause of the private pool. They say next trip. My kids were so mad about that because we already plan each day with the pool.

: I didnt like check in check out time we couldn’t check in til 4pm and we arrived around 10am we had to check out at 10 am most places are 11 or 12.

: Spacious new townhouse, easy access, no contact needed to check-in, keyless door, nice little pool in the back, playground in the complex, close to stores and grocery store, nice bathrooms, rooms had clocks with bluetooth speakers, and kitchen had all the tools needed to cook any meal. Would definitely be a 10 if it wasn't for the issues listed below.
: I had to buy toilet paper, paper towel and dishwasher pods. It was a 3.5 day stay and one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towel and one single pod for the dishwasher are definitely not enough. Also, there was candy (and ants) under one of the beds and crumbs under the living room sofa.

: I didn’t like that the pool at the home was not heated and you had to pay extra $35 a day in order to have it he did it should’ve been included with the cost of the property
