  : Having my family together all under one roof.
  : Check-in time was late didn't have our house ready, and we did not have any hot water whatsoever when it was time to get a shower. The theater was not working, lights in the kid's bedroom were not working also had to put up the child safety net for the pool, and the maintenance guy was rude. So when you are paying the money you pay, you shouldn't run into all the problems we had in our home or dealt with rude people we are there to have a good time instead then consume all of my time stuck on the phone to get ahold of someone only to send someone rude out and not even fix but only the hot water. For what we paid, we should have had no issues whatsoever. Also, to include the manager was to call us Saturday morning and never did.
