  : Absolutely the worst resort we’ve ever stayed at . So bad that I actually contemplated leaving as soon as we walked through the doors . Upon opening the doors we were met with a very pungent smell that should have forewarned us. I don’t even know where to begin. The actual unit was ok but very outdated . The unit was bare almost , no decor of any kind . The furniture was old and visibly dirty . The entire house smelled dirty like old theater seats. There was trash in the bathrooms , hair on the floors and the most disgusting thing was , feces on the sofa . The cushions were simply turned over . There was also feces on the sofa bed sheets . I contacted the front desk and they sent someone with a “ multi purpose cleaner” to spray the area . Lastly , even though we went out and purchased cleaning supplies and bed sheets for all 3 bedrooms and sofa couch , my two granddaughters got lice and bed bug bites . This resort is not worth the money . Disappointed is an understatement.

  : As soon as I entered I moved couch to be closer to TV and there was food behind the living room couch and stuck on the wall. Looked a few days old.

  : Parking was right in front of the townhouse
  : -Pillows were sooooooo flat, we were told that we are only allowed one pillow per guest. -when we first came inside the door of the house, a syringe on the floor greeted us.-We booked a place with a "lake view", there were none. we were at the end. -The King size bed was soooo uncomfortable!!!! the springs on the bed felt like, one move a certain way it will go through the mattress. HORRRIBLE!! and that's just my room. Haven't asked the children about theirs.-The "climb" over the tub with the glass doors in the king size room is dangerous!! horrible design!
