  : the pool was great until I ask for heat than the whole pool turn into a hot tub about 120 degrees
  : Customer service contact person for property was very rude and disrespectful(I have a recording of conversation) I will pursue this issue because I am very disappointed.

  : Spacious, good location, loved the pool.
  : Refrigerator was broken upon arrival, couldn’t get anyone out until the next day resulting in loss of groceries.Pool was dirty and wasn’t cleaned between the last family staying there. (Found toys and solo cups in filter)Place looked good on surface level but was really dirty. Floors dirty, stains on carpet, headboards and pillows. Tons of dirt under furniture. Dirty walls.Would be disappointed in normal circumstances but really bad during a pandemic.Play room furniture and tables all broken or missing. Pool alarm, privacy gate broken (we had to buy bungee cords to keep closed)Paid for pool heat but pool was cold upon arrival. The company says they have no record of us paying when we did. Missed 2 paid days of heat that we paid for. Filed a complaint but apparently this is all acceptable. After reading reviews, apparently this company will charge your credit card for miscellaneous things after check out.There are so many places to rent in Orlando- I’d look for a different company. Also, booking.com wasn’t much help when they filed my claim.
