  : We liked how spacious the house was, vey comfortable for a family.
  : Some sheets were dirty it was reported within the first 24 hrs of arrival and nothing was done while we stayed there for nights and days. We reported several other things multiple times like the AC unit not working for 2 nights and all the ACO staff advised us is to submit pictures and emails and still nothing was done throughout our whole stay. My husband found out the AC Filter was completely filthy and he had to clean it and got the AC to start working again. We reported this once again and email and pictures were requested again, still nothing was done and the staff was extremely rude about it. Last we received an email confirmation of an approved extension on our departure time and the staff will not authorize it because it was approved by booking.com even though that is the website my booking was done through. Overall the house was beautiful and very comfortable we were looking to look past the small inconveniences but when you have staff taking care of your property like this and show no sympathy or no type of action towards the matter it is extremely disappointing.

  : My stay at this place was terrible I was very disappointed sheets dirty pool filthy paid for heat nothing working jacuzzi out of order place wasn't clean house nice but poor service the worse stay ever to each his own. And also system sucks u talking to text. Never again

  : I liked the size of the property and that there is a private pool. The neighborhood is nice, we had no problems with neighbors. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Alot of bathrooms!
  : I didn't like that the blankets, pillows on the couch, the couch, & in the crevices of the glass table wasn't clean. The umbrella in the back yard was broken and the cushions weren't on the outdoor seating furniture. I emailed the property and nothing was done.Also, I wasn't notified about having to pay to heat the spa & use the grill (which the property advertises these items making people believe they are included) until right before we were leaving for the trip. The property also did not provide wash clothes, which was also not told to us until we were on our way. That was annoying!

  : We rented the property so that the kids could go to the water park that was on the property. Even tho it was no charge they where not able to go because of we booked with a third party
