  : Not enough towels. I felt I was doing laundry everyday because of the shortage of towels. There was also no cleaning supplies whatsoever to clean the counter tops or a broom to sweep the floors. They do not supply any cleaning supplies. Made it hard to keep the place clean when we were staying for 2 weeks. We also were running out of toilet paper. We had taken all the extra toilet paper out of the extra bathroom that was not in use and still almost ran out. Not everyone had enough before we checked out. They wouldn’t return my message when I requested more, until I said never mind. The place was nice and a great deal. But I felt like I was at home doing constant laundry because of the short supply of towels and having to shop for cleaning supplies, instead of being on vacation. Also requested for maintenance to take care of a few things I requested, and it was never taken care of. When you stay in a place for 2 weeks your going to produce trash. Lots of trash. We had to request garbage bags. We still didn’t have enough when we checked out. If you expect someone to take care of the place since there is no maid service, least you could do is have some supplies available to keep the place clean. A normal sized broom would be nice too. Other than that the place was very nice and located right around the corner from Disney world, and plenty of places to eat.
