  : Everything was spectacular, the room was huge, the staff was super attentive (on the day of check out they offered a coffee and some breakfast items even though they weren't included). Very good restaurants close by. For sure we will be back, keep going with the good work
  : the only negative point was the smart tv that I couldn't connect to any app, I asked for help and it was promptly assisted but after trying it, it still didn't work. the wifi wasn't the best either, but it didn't affect our stay at all

  : The hotel is new, looks clean and modern.
  : 1. At check-out the woman with the nose piercing from the reception was extremely rude and unprofessional. 2. The check-out is in reality at 10 and not at 11 as written on Booking, but you only find out when you check in. 3. You can't have a restful sleep!It was very hot in the bedroom because the air conditioning was not working. The air conditioning in living room was very loud - impossible to use overnight.The apartment is extremely noisy - all the rooms facing at the road are very noisy because of the cars and scooters.The pillows were such hard and inconfortable that we couldn't sleep on them.4. The shower is impossible to use without filling the whole bathroom floor with water. 5. The rude reception woman came knocking at the door at 10.04 because we were 4 minutes late with 10 o clock check out. The hotel was 80% unoccupied. 6. The hotel has a construction site nere the pool. They don't show this in the pictures but you can verify on Google satellite. So no, for all this, and moreover because of the attitude of reception woman I do not recommend the hotel. I have never met such rude and unprofessional reception personal in all the travels I had.You are treated as you were a problem for choosing this hotel, not a client.

  : Nice and spacious.Clean.Good pool.Very luxury feel to it.
  : Shower is spraying the toilet and entire bathroom floor without drainage It's a fixed shower, impossible to aim otherwise. Within 3 minutes the whole bathroom will be wet. At night absolutely no light in hallways, no personell after 9p.m. Main entrance door stays open at night so any stranger could knock on your door even at 2nd floor.Breakfast okay but not great.

  : The facilities are new and modern. Spacious too. Nice looking pool.
  : - the water mixer in the shower is the wrong way around. If you want cold water, you needed to turn the knob to hot and viceversa. If you wanted to use the large overhead shower head, you needed to have it on the small shower option and viceversa- the stafflets just say that except for one of them (Daniela), being friendly/welcoming didnt seem to be on the job description.- we also saw staff smoking inside the reception area which is also the area where breakfast is served. The smell obviously lingers.- on the first night, we realized after coming back from dinner that our room key did not work (the receptionist opened the room for us on arrival and we didnt think to check)and we were locked out. We called one of the emergency contacts. They answered after twenty minutes. We explained the situation and we got a very pissed off answer because well Im sleeping now. We had to insist for someone to come open the door.- breakfastits VERY limited, only filtered coffee (you have to pay extra for a normal coffee), and the same bread is served several days in a row (its hard, you can tell).
