: Very spacious and well located flat. good beds. very friendly and responsive owner. perfect base to explore the beautiful beaches of western Crete. A nice beach and nice restaurants nearby

: The appartment was clean and spacious. It had (as mentioned) private parking; We had a washing mashine.It is very well located, near the sea and good tavernas.
: Even if in the pdf of our booking (which i consider like a renting contract) was not mentioned, the owner told us at check-in that the 3ACs present in the house can be used only by paying a TAX of 7/AC/DAY. We tried to explain him that we were not aware of this rule but he kept saying that its written on booking and in the end, if we dont like the conditions, we are free to go (ok, without paying, but anyway, it is not a proper way to discuss things in my opinion). We did not need the ACs as we had a cloudy weather. However, this caused us another problem - hot water being almost cold. The property has no spare solution for the hot water (only solar panels); and in case of NO SUN => NO HOT WATER.The check-in hour at the moment of the booking was 1pm. As we landed at 8am, we asked if its possible to come earlier; the answer was no, only to let the luggage if we want AND that after, we should be there no before 3pm. So apart of the ACs issue, the checkin hour also changed in the meantime, from 1 to 3pm. (Being also modified after some hours on booking)The doors were noisy even if we tried to be as gentle as we could (having one person sleeping in the living room).The apartament has 2bathrooms as in the description but its very important to know that only one of them has shower. The detail of the number of showers is not present and i consider it important for a 7persons trip to the seaside.
