  : The room was clean, the terrace was very nice, the crew was hospitable, and its 5 minutes walk from a beautiful sandy beach that was clean and quiet. And such cute and child friendly pool!!
  : The Room that was supposed to be suitable for 4 was a bit too small (enough for 3 I would say), only 1 electric socket in the parents room and it didnt work. The shower hard to operate, the staff is very nice but very poor English so hard to communicate the issues. Best to write messages through booking or WhatsApp to Dimitra and shel help.

  : Highlighting that it doesnt compensate for the rudness, the location and the price, the house is very nice: is pleasant to stay in the garden looking at the pool and at the windmill, even if is not an original one
  : Discourtes and elusive service.The location is underwelming. A part for the house, there is absolutely nothing in the Anemomili village. The national road is at the door of the village so you can hear the cars all night. There are no nice beaches around. Except for Balos, but theres not big difference being there or in Chania for Balos.The price is outrageously high in respect to what you get, but the worst is the behaviour, which was opposite from the courtesy and sympathy we found everywhere in Crete. The hydro massage wasnt working, but the personnel was firstly deriding us for asking help, then they came to see only 30 hours after and then, without any apologize and only after asking 3 times, the man communicated that is was broken for the whole of our stay. They enter into the garden when they want, without asking the permission.We had some issue in all our staying, however the personal was always immediately responding and nice, except that in this village: the personnel, called to solve, was yelling at us. The more: they threaten to debt us 60 for a toilet problem, that we havent had in any other structure (we visited 5 this year in Crete!). How much is the reimbursement for non-working hydromassage?

  : Generally ok. Bang for your buck if your mostly on road visiting beaches or other villages. Room was clean and tidy. U have everything you need for a stay. The concept of the windmills is interesting and beautiful in its own way.
  : It's the matter of taste, but for me are some flaws that should be mentioned.The whole infrastructure is right next the highway. If you're in the studio 8,9,10, be prepared to hear the morning need 4 speed drivers passing by. The parking space is directly over the studios. We ware in the studio #9. But all 3 studios have a lack of privacy. You must have almost all the time the curtains closed (thick curtains),because there is a direct view in the studios from the swimming pool area, reception, and cafeteria. They have directly a view in the studios, from visitors, owners, people swimming in the pool.The windmill that's over the parking spots, and over the studios is loud when the wind gets stronger. So sleep was interrupted many times.The bed wasn't comfortable at all, it was hard so the only option was to sleep on my stomach, and even that gave me and my wife back issues.

  : The yard and the entire complex are very beautiful and clean, and the pool is really nice. The bar was open in the morning so we could buy coffee there. The staff was nice and the room was clean, and we appreciated the small terrace in front of the studio. Comfortable bed. Friendly cats around too :)
  : We stayed in the studio and you could hear everything from the neighbours and the road traffic through the thin walls. The shower was very small.
