  : Check in was very difficult because the attendant couldn't find my reservation, even presenting the reservation number. After several attempts she found the reservation. Room was not cleaned on the first stay and very weak coffee due to covid.

  : We did like the entry and the location. The night gentlemen was lovely and accomadating.
  : When we first arrived, the front desk attendant (Fatima) was rude and argumenative about our reservation. I wanted to use a different card and use the card my married spouse and I shared, but she insisted and argued that it could only have my name on it. Even though we share the same accounts and same last name! She said it had to be the same card we booked with but then contradicted herself when I gave her an alternative card with my name on it. She was discrimitory and rude, and had a friend come into the lobby and she started gossiping about us once we came back in! We are a same sex couple, and just felt that it was based on this alone. The bathroom wasn't cleaned in our room and there was pink mold in the shower. We went down for the breakfast that we paid for and it was not even set up at 8am when they indicated it was at 7am. The previous attendant also stated that our room was number 413 amd then when I went all the way up to find the room, there was no 413. She proceeded to then tell me it was 411 and acted like I was the stupid one! She must've been playing with us, but this was rude and she needs to be reprimanded!
