  : Lovely location
  : The pool had no designated swimming lane so was unable to do the swim I had intended as there were too many kids playing and jumping in from all sides. Perhaps an adult only swim time could work?

  : We loved the drive through the beautiful highlands to arrive at Loch Rannoch, we loved the remoteness to arrive at such an elegant and welcoming property. Our room was clean comfy and spacious. Dinner in the estate room was so special, and the stafff exceptional. The drive to Rannoch Station was stunning. Such a beautiful part of the world.
  : I wanted to stay longer to explore area. I expected to find more local fish and produce on the dining menu.

  : Only stayed one night. Great welcome on arrival & room smartly presented & clean. Staff looked smart & were well organised. We ate in The Estate Room in the evening & everything was nicely cooked & served. Bar meals are also available. Breakfast was served in a separate room & was continental with good choice of cooked options if you wished to pay extra. Pool area was small but clean with sauna & steam room. ( see further comments below)
  : Sat in the lounge to enjoy pre dinner drink but found the constant toing & froing of food being served & cleared from the bar restaurant rather irritating. Presumably the same kitchen has to serve both eateries but bar area is some distance away & so food & waiters go back & forth through the lounge.Pool & Spa building had no staff on duty whilst we used it so not sure what would happen if there had been an emergency & noone else was using it. Feel there should be a visible staff presence & more monitoring at all times during opening hours for safety. Female changing room wasn't particularly tidy and could have been cleaner at time of use which was early evening.

  : Staff were very friendly and helpful, food was delicious, nice location
  : The spa was very poor, I chose this hotel especially because it had a spa, swimming pool was freezing, no jacuzzi, steam room was out of use, changing rooms only had one shower and air conditioning was blasting, which made it freezing, definitely needs updating. Room with Loch view, was actually a view of car park and trees, although you could see the Loch through the trees a bit.

  : the facilities needed improvement. the pool was cold, steam room broken and sauna switched off. the changing facilities were very tired and let the rest of the hotel down which was lovely

  : It was in a place we wanted to visit, had a swimming pool was within walking distance of kinloch rannoch village, good views out the window.
  : The food and drink was a bit expensive,with a very limited variety of dishes. Too much fish dishes as not everyone eats fish.
