  : Super friendly host who gave me privacy but was available for any questions or needs. Great location walkable to town but not right in the center. Also very easy access to some nice walking trails. Parking was easy. Breakfast for a small extra charge was good. The bed was comfortable and the room had lots of personal touches; it was also spacious. My bathroom was private but not attached (I knew this in advance) and I liked that it was a little quirky. Much less expensive than other options in Kingussie or Aviemore. Overall a great value.
  : My room was a little bit musty (which I know is common in rainy locations). This is not a fault of the lodging but the dining options in Kingussie are fairly limited, especially at dinnertime.

  : Lovely to meet Anne who helped me get settled in. Room and bathroom were spotless. Tea and Coffee facilities and good options for breakfast. Great size room and fun 'quirky' bathroom from 1903.

  : A very comfortable stay in a charming house, set in a lovely location. I was held up in traffic, but had no problems with a late check-in after contacting the owners.
