  : There was no breakfast or anything special I didn't like how some sites offered a Handicap accessible rooms but the property claimed not to have any available

  : There was no fridge, microwave or dressers. Online offered a pool but the staff said it was not open. Staff was very rude and short. Stated no we could have no visitors.

  : Raul the manager was sexually harassing me . He even discriminated against me when he found out I was transgender and when I confronted him about the issue he told me if I didn't like it I can leave. He said he didn't care about Americans or this country and swore we Americans are all lazy and expect everything to be given to us . Those statements came when I asked him for more towels. He stated that he didn't have extra towels for my kind meaning transgender. Nor did he car that my friend was in a wheelchair and needed a handicap shower . He said why can't he climb into a bath tub he can get on the toilet what is the difference. This experience was very uncalled for. We asked for booking.com to cancel our reservation and we left immediately. This was very uncalled for and un professional. Raul the onsite manager that lives there said he won't give extra towels and if I wanted a towel I had to turn in a towel and if it had a stain of any sort we wouldn't get a towel and we would be charged for it.

  : The smoke alarm beeped all night. There were roaches in the room. One of the bars of soap was opened....maybe used previously?

  : Receptionist that checked us in wouldn't disclose his name or show ID after we'd provided our ID to him as requested.The only was we could possibly ID him was by his red shirt, or what appeared to be a watch on his left wrist, or by what was prominently shown on the underside of his right arm that looked like an ID. He made us scared when we suggested using that as his ID and said it was his religion. I didn't realise it represented his religion, it just looked like a sequence of numbers. I don't think it's safe for customers for it to be visible while he's working unless he wears an official ID badge on his shirt to percent confusion or highlights upfront that it's his religion and that he'll take severe offence to people who confuse it as a form of ID. The tap wasn't working properly, it was squirting.The advertisement showed that it had a pool, but he said it was closed and couldn't say when it'd be working again. He said we could use of it we really wanted to. So I asked who would be responsible if we got really sick from the water. Isn't that false advertising?They seem to still be suffering from covid-19 financial woes since they still pay about that in their advertisement, or just using that as an excuse to not bother fixing things. Motel 6 is a large chain after all. Their free wifi was terrible, it kept cutting out frequently.
