  : I had email confirmation 6 mos ago as well as a few days before my stay. I then had phone confirmation from front desk Dat before my stay as to size of bed. As I was driving 8 hrs I got another call from front desk. I couldn't hear him but asked for confirmation again. He confirmed but kept talking over me. I could not hear a si gke word he said & hung up. Got to motel an hour past check in. Went to room #145 & was shocked bed was not made after all those confirmations! He made an excuse. The next day I came back to our new room after staying overnight & again the bed wasn't made! I ignored this the second time. Room was freezing both nights. People next door to me said theirs was boiling hot.

  : the best parts of our 4 night stay I would say are the comfortable beds, clean bedding, and friendly staff. the location for us was perfect.
  : The hotel needs a lot of updating, many things were broken and or unclean. the shower ceiling had mold, the kitchen area was pretty gross. the walls need repairing and painting. There is definitely a safety issue that all the doors to the outside are unlocked 24/7 and the elevator has no security lock ie:, key card to go up. We stayed in a suite that holds 5 people and we were 5 people booked. They only hive you 3 towels, doesnt really make sense. Even when we obtained 2 more towels, the maid came to clean they left us only 3 towels forcing us to go get 2 more each day. I did see some renovations going on so hopefully they are fixing things up a bit.
