  : AC unit kept turning off every hour, pillows were terrible and bathroom was moldy by shower

  : We will never book a room at this hotel again. Upon check in, the staff put us in a different room with 1 bed, not the 2 bed and sofa pull out that was booked. The 1 bed room had blood stains on the carpet and was very musty smelling! There were 5 people in our group so this was not going to work. There was an excuse about fire sprinklers flooding some rooms and the staff decided NOT to inform us before our travel. I had to cancel the reservation with the assistant manager with full refund and find a different hotel with accommodations.

  : The room was large, had a comfortable couch and large TV, and beds were comfortable.
  : The location. The busy highway was right next to us. There was loud and constant car and truck noise all night long. Wearing ear plugs wasn’t enough to stop the sound.

  : The staff was nice. Location is good with plenty of parking. Room was a decent size. Just around the corner from the mall and lots of shops.
  : No microwaves in rooms. Turned coffee machine on and it smelled disgusting. It was filthy and had fruit flies on it. We tried to clean it but then it started smoking. Had to call front desk for a new one.

  : Loved the breakfast, delicious! Some staff were very nice and directed me where certain places were throughout the hotel. Front desk on my first days were very kind! Bed was comfortable and shower was nice.
  : I noticed there were two laundry machines and one guest was using the other while I tried out the other and it was broken after I realized too late when I poured my detergent in. Didn't give me my change back either. (It was the first lower machine next to the door.) The elevator floor was constantly wet and not kept up with. A housekeeper on our second day had their cart on 2nd floor (Where we stayed) and was yelling very loudly on the floor (Either on the phone or to another housekeeper we didn't stay to learn what.) early in the morning. We were already awake by then but it was VERY loud. I liked that we got fresh towels but one set of washcloth had little hairs on it that were clearly visible but still put on the sink.
