  : The location of the property and view from the balcony was outstanding. The layout of the space was great and it was nicely decorated. It was also well stocked with towels, paper towels, coffee filters, cleaning supplies and toiletries. The unit was also very quiet.
  : It was a 2 day drive from our home to the property and we managed to arrive a couple hours early. Check in time is 4:00, but they wouldn't let us in before then. The door has a keypad, which isn't illuminated and no instructions were given for its use. The unit has a skylight, without any type of shade so the space is never really dark. The lack of darkness and the uncomfortable bed made for poor sleeping. We knew there was no air conditioning, but thought a fan and open windows would keep us cool at night.....this was not really the case. While our unit was clean and well maintained, the property itself is a bit run down.

  : NICE UNIT.. IT WAS ONly ME . would be difficult to have more than 2 people there. limited closet to put persona things away if more people were there. I have been to green mtn resort for 2yrs including 2 winter rentals , so i know the bldg.
  : had an extreme problems booking with BOOKING.COM. IT TOOK 4 PHONE CALLS AND each one you had to wait 30 minutes or more on the phone. thatws 2 hrs wasted of my time.Vacas rental also was an ordeal.. They only have a tool free 800 number in somewhere else in the country to centralize calls, and there call wait time was long as well , Cable tv wasn't working so it took 30minutes wait as well . Even thought they have an office in a neary by bldg. (which they dont tell you. as i knew about it as i lived in these units for 2 yrs.). So it was easirer to walk over there.i am an owner and rent in an ocean resort with vrbo .. thats why i dont use bookking.com or vacasa..other wise a good experience..but i dont think i can go thur 3 hrs of phone call to get reservations or repairs done again. f

  : nice property for the value with all the amenities you could want
  : there is no front desk of any kind so to check in you will need to call Vacasa customer service and be put on hold for 10 minutes only to explain you are trying to check-in, and they’ll tell you that all you need is the door key number, but you don’t have that yet because you haven’t signed the lease agreement, which you should have received an email about but didn’t (did you check your spam? it’s never there).
