  : The Happy Bear Motel was in a perfect location, close to the downtown area with plenty of food/drink options close by. We went to the bar at night and it closely located to three bars that have live music (the Wobbly barn, the Pickle Barrel, and Jax). It is also so close to the ski resort it made the commute to/from simple and short. Also, the front reception workers at check-in and check-out were very kind and helpful.
  : The rooms are outdated and tight. Our bathroom smelled terrible of smoke, like the room had been a smoking room turned into a non-smoking one. We kept the bathroom door shut because of the odor. There was no outlet by the head of the bed so we pulled the central nightstand out from the wall to look for one and there was dust and debris behind this like it was never cleaned. There was also a stain on the blue blanket on my bed at check-in. If I were to travel back to this area I may spend the extra money on a more expensive hotel just for overall cleanliness.

  : Required to park in back oveflow parking because had a pickup. Room was very outdated. Nowhere to sit at breakfast & not much offered. Least favorite place we stayed on 2.5 week trip.

  : Very bad experience. Dirty rooms and bathrooms, unclean linen. Rude service. Do not be surprised if you will wake up in the flood coming through the ceiling from the room above you. Avoid by all costs!

  : the room was filled with ants which then for all over our luggage and clothing. the manager did nothing to help and when asking for plastic bags he could barely spare the small garbage ones
