  : 1. cold house, windows / doors draughty2. kitchen very dated with press door & kitchen tap falling off. 3. shower head upstairs broken4. double mattress upstairs in very poor condition

  : The location was good if you have a car. We liked the views from the house and the garden with sitting area.
  : We found the house shabby and in need of repair, e.g, carpentry (stairs need fixing, entrance to bathroom), towel rails etc There was very few working light bulbs, less than half in house! The sofa was not fit for sitting , there was no coffee making facility (even no plunger) & less than 2 loo rolls for all of us for our stay ! House in need of an update, including contents in our opinion. We were concerned on arrival that the corona virus care promised was not in place. several windows, ( kitchen & 2 bedrooms )were not open on arrival and no key was apparent. the owner said I should have contacted them about this. I spent a good time stripping beds as requested, no bag to put the bed linen & told later this was not necessary! This was stated on house lnstructions and would have given an extra 20 mins + on top of the early 10.00 a. m checkout, No hand sanitiser was provided as stated. Lucky we brought our own!
