  : Well located within Killarney, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Has an OK Spa Sauna Gym. Rooms were solid and comfortable.
  : Breakfast wasn't terrific but was OK. To many tourists crowded the elevators and breakfast was really our only complaint.

  : The location was perfect, you are in walking distance of the main attractions Killarney offers, including cafes, shops, restaurants, bars. The hotel was very clean and reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area.

  : We have stayed here before and it is a beautiful location.
  : We booked a room for the night as we had been cycling the trails in the mountains and were quite tired. After paying €284 for a few hours sleep only to have security bang on our door at 2:30AM, waking both me and my partner, two, a male and female, security guards pushed passed me and into the room, demanding that if we didn't keep the noise down and I quote "we would be dragged from the room and kicked out" I tried explaining multiple time that we had been asleep for at least two hours at that point and they had woken us knocking at the door but the male security guard kept cutting me off mid sentence. Finally after a at least 10 minutes of trying to explain we had not been making any noise they left the the room but not before the male security guard said "If I have to come back up I will drag you both from the bed" I made this complaint to the reception staff the next morning when checking out(The same staff member that had checked us in) and was simple told it would be investigated.Myself and my partner often stay here and have done before for our anniversary and it was a beautiful experience. But after spending €284 for a few hours sleep to have that happen is an absolute disgrace and we will never stay here again.I'm also shocked at the lack of care the reception took when i made my complaint simply saying it would be investigated.I never got the name of the security guards that came to the door but I would highly suggest something being done about this as it was the most unpleasant and unprofessional behaviour I had ever seen in a hotel.

  : The location of the hotel was great near everything.The room was perfect it was vey comfortable, clean and quiet.The décor of the hotel although dated was of very high standard. There was no money saved when doing it and the quality shines through. The breakfast as a whole was lovely but would have loved to see a better selection of fresh fruit examples chopped apples, pears, kiwis, grapes and strawberry's.
