  : Was sent to the wrong location, the pictures online are not the same room we got, there were roaches and ants all around the apartment, family member got a nasty cut on his hand because the folding bed was broken, vary unpleasant stay and very expensive for what we actually got

  : They not only canceled my reservation on the day of travel/check in but they had the nerve to give me a confermatón number for nothing. I was traveling with family and was left stranded with a 9 month old baby in arms. These property owners should have a more consumer friendly approach and understand that when you choose somewhere to stay is because you've already done some research and a cancelation from the property for no reason has to be punished please CONSUMERS BE AWARE that is what this place did to my family. I actually stopped by when I was in Maui to try to get answer and the front desk Debbie said that this happens often ...Shameful for such a good location .
