  : The condo was nice and quiet for us. A perfect one night stay as we waited to check into our longer stay housing.
  : My parents are elderly and it would have been nice to know there are no elevators to get them to the condo. (There is an elevator but it goes to the second floor). After a long journey it was hard for them to get their luggage to the condo.

  : That the house rules would emphasize to help the housekeeper clean up the laundry, dishwasher, and the trash on day of departure. And the owner charging $200 over my 3 day stay for cleaning fee seems excessive.

  : The location is great. There is a bakery and a gelato place right next door and a organic food market in the block next to it. And of course the beach is very close. The property was quite well stocked in terms of kitchen utensils and towels etc. We loved having a garden/ terrace for dinner and breakfast. The apartment was well sized for two people. The appartment is managed by a company who replied to emails in a very timely manner. Quiet and well looked after property with on site trash location and beach shower.
  : The property is managed by a concierge type of service so it was hard to communicate at first and felt quite impersonal. Finally after a few emails we either got a more customer friendly member of staff to reply or we just phrased our questions better I am not sure but the parking etc could probably be explained a bit better on welcome. I also felt as though the concierge service was only willing to help with things where they would earn more money from us not actually with helping making our stay easier. It also was a bit of a back and forth to stay some hours longer and we are grateful we finally could although if this was a privately rented apartment and is not booked for the next day and you make such a request it is unlikely you pay $90 for it. I suppose there could be benefits in having the appartments run by a company like this but you definitely don’t get any of the usual guest information and welcome Tipps. There was no air con just fans so it could get hot at times and we used the washing machine and now quite a lot of our clothes are ripped so I would be cautious with that machine. We also considered using the beach umbrella but that seems very cheap and I don’t think it would withstand much of the wind on Maui so perhaps an upgrade would be better.

  : The AC unit was broken when we got there, but it was super easy to reach out to them, and they were very responsive in repairing our AC asap!

  : Well the keys was not a problem. Only one time I couldn't get in until I called. It was on the last day when I requested late checkout. I couldn't get in at around 2pm while late checkout was until 3pm. They've provided with another key for it but it didn't work. I had to call and request another one. Nothing major issue, just have a phone with you.
  : AC was not working or it felt like it was working but I couldn't feel that it was cooling an apartment. An apartment is really old (everything inside is from 90th).

  : The location was very close to the beach. I liked being on the ground floor. The rental was well-maintained, clean and it was quiet. All devices worked. The bed was comfortable which is important. I can recommend this property as an excellent vacation rental in Kihei.
  : The price was a bit high but rental property was in good condition and location so it was worth it. No complaints about the property.
