  : Great location, steps from the Maydan, many tourist attractions and restaurants are within walking distance. Huge living room/kitchen area, building from the outside looks splendid
  : The description in booking is inaccurate, there is only ONE bathroom and not two as advertised. The beds are not very comfortable, although the apartment is nicely renovated and very modern, the staircase is old and falling apart. At night it can be nosy from party people on the street.

  : High ceilings, apartment was a good size, lots of hot water, wifi worked really well, fantastic location, quiet even though it's on Kreschatyk, good selection of English TV channels and a washing machine. And of course, the balcony was a big bonus.
  : The property is advertised as a VIP property and the photos in the listing appear to live up to that. However, there were some shortcomings. A few of the wall lights were hanging from their mounting brackets, there was an occasional odd smell around the kitchen sink area, the coffee table was wobbly, the lights and fan in the range hood were not working, and the bracket holding the shower was broken and missing. The simple fact is that these are all easy things to fix and for a property listed as "VIP" (with a price that correlates to what you would expect to pay for a nicer place), it was disappointing. Also, in tourist apartments, we typically find binders with information on transit, using the washer, recommended restaurants. There was none.
