  : The staff doesn't speak English AT ALL. There is not a single person who is speaking English or trying to understand or help you. On top of that, they are also actually quite rude (regardless of language).

  : Hotel atmosphere. Lake inside the hotel. Beautiful garden. Greenness every where. Room was ready when we reach. 2 min from supermarket. 1 min from bus stop. 30 min from metro. WiFi was good. Very calm and quite.
  : No English speaking staff. Far from the main city. No food delivery, no kitchen in the hotel. cleaning is every 3 days.

Disappointing

  : Breakfast was ok, they had crepes with meat or fruit. They asked us each morning when we would like to have breakfast and prepared it just for us. They didn't have any coffee though and that was disappointing.
  : I reserved two rooms for may family. My wife and I and 3 children. When we arrived they showed us to our rooms and there was just one large bed in each room. We told them that we need one more bed for our youngest who is 11. The woman told us that they don't provide beds for children. That seemed ridiculous. Did they expect that our 11 year old who is as big as an adult would share the bed with us? I asked them if they had an extra bed to bring into the room and she said only tomorrow would they have one. We ended up renting an extra room that night just so we could have another bed. In general the rooms were large but the bathroom was super small, so small I could hardly put my pants on with the door closed. The rooms had a strange smell. The TV was about the size of my laptop screen. The pillows were small and the beds were very hard!

  : The location is quiet early in the morning and in the evening. The lake inside is in the vicinity of the hotel, the cooperation of the staff is very good.
  : Coordinates of the hotel's location on Booking.com. Incorrect, there is no sound insulation between the rooms, so that you can hear the sounds of your neighbors in the other room. Rooms are cleaned every three days only. Taxis and Uber will not deal with you if you are in this area, just use public transport buses and metro.
