  : Not a bad apartment location.
  : it is almost impossible to call a taxi to the house - around the residential complex barriers, so you have to walk 300-500 meters to call a taxi. The windows overlook the military unit - so you'll wake up (whether you like it or not) every day at 7-30 am from the barking of dogs (they are probably fed at this time) and marching soldiers.

  : Great location, especially for solo travelers. Managers were reachable by cell phone and were aimed to solving some issues with checking in - initial apartment was not available for check in so I've got another option from same agency
  : Cleanliness - beyond good and evil. Starting from sticky floor and all the way to bathroom - so far the worst experience across all my travels. This guys should change the cleaning staff for sure. There were no kettle in the apartments. In addition quite some space in the apartments were occupied with drying bed cotton and towels (I assume from previous guest). Mattress definitely needs to be replaced as well - don't expect comfort during your sleep. Seems like communication between managers is missing - I've got problem with initial apartment so manager contacted me and offered another option. The next day another manager did the same so i had to update staff that i've already solved the issue with his/her colleague. Last but not the least: keys hand over on check out - staff was not there in time.

  : not much to like. many problems with wifi and bathroom.
  : wifi and bathroom was not right. tile was damaged and exposed in bathroom very unsafe. did not give me appropriate refund.

  : Without a doubt the worst appartment I've ever rented in Kiev, dirt, the jacuzzi is unusable it smells horrible due to the lack of cleaning and disinfection, the same jacuzzi was full of hairs at our arrival, the "kitchen" its not really a kitchen, is a tinny corner, no table for eat... and the crew refused to back the money or to relocate is due to the bad conditions of the appartment...
