  : No service at all. Even you've arrived at the exact time agreed in advance, no one is going to meet you and provide the keys. Upon arrival, you need to call the service company and request to clarify for the concierge to give you the keys. The concierge counts the money but rejects to provide you the keys before you pay a deposit. No one cares that you even haven't checked the flat before giving them money, actually, it might be a problem with the property so no one will return the money. The most interesting, that while checking out you can not take the deposit back from the concierge, you need to call by yourself the service company and ask them to come for validation BUT they reject to do it not in the service hours ( Saturday 08:00 am is not working time for them, as they start to work from 09:00 even if you have a flight ticket). Only when you clarify that you will call Booking.com immediately to complain it somehow can change the situation.
