  : The host was quite attentive, on all occasions, available over IM at all times. The place is nicely furnished and designed. The weather was colder for us, but the heating worked properly. The bathroom is spacious.
  : There was two of us with separate schedules and we got only one key, maybe we should have highlighted that once more. The apartment is on a 6th floor in a 25 storey building. The dishes in the kitchen were not quite ready to use when we checked in.

  : The flat is in a new tall apartment building, there is security at the entrance and cameras everywhere which adds to the feeling of safety. Yulia is a very pleasant and friendly host. The flat itself is not large, definitely good for a single traveler and also for a (slim) pair. The design is nice and many mirrors make the flat look larger. Shower is in a good shape. Towels are good. Market is not far away. There is a publicly open stadium right outside to do jogging/walking - really convenient if you want to stay fit. There is a small balcony.
  : Location is not bad but not really a walking distance from the center. Around 30-45 minutes by foot, but public transport is accessible. Few items were missing for me: 1. A separate drying rack 2. A salad bowl 3. Clean cutting board. My biggest problem was the constant construction noise from the construction site outside, including Sundays. Construction was also at the basement level of the own building. If you are all day outside doing sightseeing it should not be a problem but if you plan a longer trip and plan also to stay and read / work in the apartment perhaps it is worth to clarify beforehand with Yulia if the construction is finished or at which stage is it. Finally, I couldn`t operate the TV but maybe it is just me .

  : new building, all needed stuff in the apartment, clean bedsheets, interior, close to railway station, very nice owner!
  : Smell in the apartment like it needs a proper cleaning was really uncomfortable, not quite clean dishes, construction nearby - if the windows are open its impossible to work - but if windows are closed its not enough of fresh air
