  : Several hours earlier I wrote to them that I would be at 1:00 pm. After that i had no internet connection till 12 a.m. because I was traveling from abroad. When I arrived at the place, it turned out that my reservation was taken by someone else! the owner explained that they called me in the morning, I did not pick up so they gave it to someone else

  : The location was fine, despite the fact that we rented a particular flat & ended up with living in another flat.
  : We were charged extra & informed about changing the flat the last moment, when arrived to the location.

  : It was simply a cold dirty hole.
  : dirty cold dark place, with such an annoying management, looking to stretch every single on profit.

  : The only good thing about this rental was it's very central location - which was, unfortunately, the most crucial for us since we were both in Kiev for the first time and limited number of days (only 2).
  : Uh - oh, where to start.I contacted the host by phone on whatsap, which, turns out was wrong number - but we managed to get in touch and he did confirm (1 day prior to arrival) that we are indeed accommodated at this address - I did that when I saw other travellers were complaining that he re-booked them on another location last minute.On the day of our trip, at the moment I was Boarding the plane to Kiev, the owner texts me saying that he has "problems" at our apartment (did not specify which kind of problem) and that he will relocate us which was out of any question. He offered us discounts on accommodation (payable only in cash - beware since I was overcharged at the end) and on Taxi service so we could get to our point of departure for the excursion.After I refused that because I was booking the place based on location which was very important for usn, he decided to give us that place afterall, saying in very arrogant tone "You want this apartment, fine, you take it"...We were greeted by one of his workers - she did not speak any english, communication was terrible. She collected the money - more than what the price was on Booking. Bathroom was dirty, mirror and shower tub were not cleaned at all and it was a bit disgusting. The entire place was cold on all 3 days of our stay, we tried tu turn on the AC but it did not work. The TV also doesn't work, the batteries in the remote control are taken out. The weird mould smell is present in the apartment, while the kitchen is lacking most of the kitchenwareAt least one or two glasses would be nice... In conclusion, we are feeling ripped off. Overpaid, not worth the money, the communication was bad - simply everything was bad! Do not go here unless you want to spend your trip waiting to come back home to your country and wondering around the cold streets of Kiev just so you could keep as much of the time possible to be out of this apartment.
