  : Location is the key value of this flat, it is absolutely central and the apartment is really luxurious, with a fantastic view and quality amenities, high-end appliances and, for the fans of high-tech -> a huge screen TV plus a high-end audio system. Very clean, host was kind and we have kept good communication by WhatsApp and phone. Size is very good and due to high, the flat gets a lot of natural light on all sizes, including one bathroom.
  : The apartment is located in a building which, like most building from Soviet times, has very old elevator, tiny and poorly kept. The staircase and the entry to the building are also in a shokingly poor state, given the location of the building. It is a tremendous contrast between the apartment and the building itself (this was not an issue for us, but for others it may be!). If you want the appartement for the access to the center, it is perfect but be aware that the animation never stops and it can be quite noisy, despite very good quality windows and the obvious extra sound proofing the owner invested in.
