  : The property location was absolutely suited for my needs and was perfectly positioned near Dream Town shopping centre in Obolon also close to both Obolon metro and Minska, also it was very clean and ready for us when we arrived

  : Location is close to dreamtown. But still 20 min alway from center. Apartment looks very nice is big, and has everything you need.
  : Asked to have a received but this was not possible, and after long argument I get a written paper. But still useless. Also walls are very tin, already complaining neighbors, because our child should make to much noise. So with children its maybe not so good apartment. Stoof is little bit small only two pits for gas. And no oven!

  : The flat has been renovated and clean. We had enough towels and kitchen ware. Wifi worked well. I have asked for more information about how to get keys and that we received. Lady (other than owner) was waiting for us in the appartment. Big excellent shopping mall and many other shops around the metro stop Obolon and Minsk that is in walking distance from the appartment. There was even post office, exchage offices, and restaurants.
  : We would be satisfied if the owner would deliver everything what has been advertised on booking com. The offer on booking com promises more than what was actually available in the rented appartment. Though we informed owner through lady who was giving us keys, neither any message from the owner nor the improvement has not been done. For example there were supposed to be toiletres but actually there was only a little bit of hand wash soap in the bathroom. There was no movie library and no Netflix. We have aso requested proof of quite high cash payment but that was not delivered not even confirmed by owner via mobile phone. The common part of the building as such is probably in local standards but in comparission with EU standards we felt like in the squatt building. For example thare was no light in the elevator for first 3 days, bad smell in common space, people smoking on the staircase and balconies so that smoke went inside the appartment. Luckily we were prepared by reading comments of previous visitors and we can understand that owner cannot do much about it. We did not feel safe enough as the appartment could be open by anybody who had access to the door key before. There was no lock from inside on the appartment entrance door or in the bedrooms. Microwave needs instructions in English for people who do not read Ukrainian or Russian alphabet. The door from shower were not tight enough. There was a T-shirt to catch all the water dripping on the floor. It was pity that we could not adjust temperature of heaters. Instead we had to open windows. The owner should look at the environment side of the property.

  : Marina was very helpful, patient and try to help even not related to the flat issues.the flat very clean and equipped with almost all what you need.
  : Building entrance was dark, very bad smell and away from the centre 20 minutes by car
