: The apartment is in a fantastic location, right by the zoo, a metro station and a supermarket only a short walk away. There are some fast food places to eat, some small shops only a 10 minute walk, restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was basic, ample hot water and enough space for two people.
: The kitchen facilities and instruments are very minimal. The apartment is on the 13th floor, and was quite warm (summer) as the only air conditioner was in the TV area, making the bedroom rather warm to sleep in. Being next to the zoo means noises throughout the night, not terrible, but could be annoying. There was a strange smell coming from the corridors outside the apartment, but once inside, there was no smell. Parking can be a problem, and is by the curb. All in all, a bit over priced for what it was.

: Location is great, close to underground station, the neighborhood is quiet, there is a park quite close to the apartment where one could take a walk, there are couple of grocery stores around and a supermarket in about 5 minutes of walking distance. The host was friendly and provided all the necessary household items during the stay.
: The only thing I'd recommend to improve is cleanliness of the towels that are provided, cause they didn't look clean enough.

: - close to a subway (metro) station - big rooms - nice beds - overall clean - equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, stove top, dishes, some utensils) and bathroom (hair dryer, cloth dryer, washer, soap/shampoo) - everything new
: - some of the towels weren't fresh, they started smelling bad on first contact with water - I noticed the cleaning staff washing bed linens in "quick" mode (20 min) which I very much don't think is the right mode to properly wash such items (perhaps, this is why the towels stank) - the air conditioning units (there were three of them - one in the kitchen and one in each bedroom) were initially set up to work in a very strange (and counter-productive) manner: they turned themselves on at night and cooled the room down to 18C (64F) while the central heating was working and I woke up to this cold and realized I need to fix it somehow - it took me more than 10 min to figure out how to turn this mode off; when I went to bed, there was no indication, that such an incident might happen; I was so excited about the comfy bed, but this A/C craziness has kind of ruined my sleep.
