  : My apartment was located on Zhylianska st () near Olimpiysky metro station, there you can find many coffee shops and restaurants, there is a Titka klara coffee bakery under the place just on the first floor and you can walk to a famous donner right at the corner, a big super market and shopping mall.
  : the host was really helpful and friendly, calm and secure area with a beautiful balcony

  : First of all Alexander is a great guy, who helped immidiately with all inquiries. Second, the location is great. All amenities are very close. From supermarket to bars & restaurants and to city center. All very close. The cleaning lady was also very thorough and everything was spotless. The spa tub did a job well done for the cold and rainy weather.
  : We were there during Coronavirus weekend lockdown time and therefore needed to prepare food ourselves sometimes. The kitchen might be enough for a short stay, when you only make coffee, tea and some snacks. For preparing real dishes or a longer stay where you do not always want to enjoy restaurant food it is definitely not very well equipped.

  : Very small flat but the bathroom is something of not acceptable. You haven't the space to go out from the shower. Maybe half meter squared of space as bathroom. The flat is also not much handled and looks old.

  : When I was ordering the apartment I saw nice pictures of renovated flat. Maybe I was not very attentive and I missed something, but we've got another apartment and different condition than in photos. Now, when I read reviews of the apartments, other customers had the same problem too. Also double bed in the bedroom was old and squeaky. I asked the hostess to repair it - they tried, but it failed, maybe it's time to change to new. The apartment wasn't clean - there was dust everywhere. If I knew this before, I wouldn't order it. Be careful when ordering.

  : - The best thing that can be said about the apartment at 23 Velyka Vasylkivska Street is that it is located closest to the metro station- Communication with the realtor was convenient and fast.- Availability of various facilities around the apartment- Availability of cleaning staff- Availability of a hair dryer.
  : 1. My pain is a sofa. It is high time to throw it away and put something unique. There should be no instructions on how to use it. This is a basic thing.2. Bathroom. A strange invention is a shower area without a solid space. When the apartment is cold, the shower is also cold. Hot water lasts for 10-15 minutes at most. I have long hair and I always lacked water.3. Television. Most modern apartments have smart TV and in the evening you can watch anything, but not in your case, because all that is shown there is news and they are all the same on the channels.4. On the first day of moving in, there were no basic cosmetics (shampoo, soap or shower gel) in the apartment. There was only hand soap and dishwashing detergent.5. The bed linen was always with holes in it, and there were several of them, as well as outdated towels.It is possible to live, but it is very clear that the apartment needs care and renovation. I am sorry that the owner of the apartment has the opportunity to maintain a two-room apartment in the center of Kyiv, but does not want to make it cozy for those who live there.
