  : The staff was great. There were not at all the things in the add, no pool, no washer, no food - I get it's war time, but they should change their add. That being said, I needed a safe place to sleep and they were great. It is secure and fine. It's not living in comfort, maybe when they have full staff it is, but it's decent. The price is very low, so I'm not complaining. The head woman who works there is very kind and will bend over backwards to help.
  : It is near a street so there is some car noise if you're not accustomed to that. There wasn't a soak or breakfast like advertised. The bed wasn't luxury (but that's okay).
