: The location of this property is very good. It's close to RiverRun Village, which has places to eat and a store to buy groceries. The lift is also very close to the property. The room itself was roomy and well accomodating. It was very comfortable.
: One thing that could use some improvement is some staff assistance upon arrival. There's really not anyone who's dedicated to assisting people with general needs. There's a sign with names and numbers for some of the property managers, however, their role appears to be somewhat limited. So, you need to plan your flight with your check in time, as you're not likely to get an early check in, and you may be in a situation where there's no where to store your luggage while waiting for the room. That can be a problem if you're wanting to go eat or walk around while waiting.

: wonderful property, nice everything.
: whoever is the management who I booked through. spend 4000 dollars and I did not get welcome email with codes for property that came the night before we left. Five days late. The property management on site had no record of us. Called three different numbers for over two hours total frustration to get into the property. Terrible customer service for that kind of money or for that matter any way to be treated. They should be ashamed of themselves for putting my family through that.

: Great location, apartment was clean and spacious for our family of 5.
: Due to Covid 19 pool and hot tub have limited hours. It would have been nice to know that. Out door grill needs to be replaced and unable to use fire pit for smores.

: Condo was nice and well furnished. Needs a fan on site in summer.
: No ac and waiting a day for fan. Night one was 80 degrees in condo. Bathroom pocket door doesnt work, so with windows and curtains open to keep unit cool you can see right in master bath from parking lot. Shower door doesnt open, metal frame locks door closed. You can see where someone tried filing it down but still 1/8 inch off. WiFi never worked. I called vaca and texted they did bring fan after I called three times but non responsive on other items. Dirty towels left in washer. My bad for not noticing no ac but as a single woman It was uncomfortable to stay here with windows open on first floor.
