  : View of the ski resort. Location in the village, adjacent to a grocery store and a few restaurants. Kelly, one of the customer service agents was simply phenomenal. She facilitated and early check-in and was overly responsive.
  : We sweltered in the room, given the fact that there is no air conditioning and 10 of the 12 windows were sealed shut, preventing us from being able to cool the room down. The owner needs to spend capital to properly upgrade the windows or not rent the unit in the summer. Management informed me that this weather issue only arises a few weeks out of the year. This is not a satisfactory answer. Management provided a few box fans, but we did not get any sleep. In addition, on a much more minor note, the television was inoperable and the shower was significantly underwhelming.
