  : Rental ski shop for our kids in the same building which was very convenient.
  : Oh boy....where do I begin? First, in order to get into the condo you have to obtain key cards from a lock box in a separate building down US 6. I called Vacasa to see if we could check in at 3 pm instead of 4 pm. Nope, has be 4. Ok, fine I understand that is their policy although many other resorts have allowed an earlier check in.. So, we check the lock box at 4 pm and no key cards in it. There is nobody in the Vacasa office, only a maintenance guy who knows nothing. We waited another 25 minutes and called the Vacasa guest services rep who said they will send a message to the local agent. They gave me the code to a “back up” lockbox in the condo building. We drove all the way over there to get the “back up” key cards. Then 30 minutes later the agent finally calls back. His response to why it took so long for us to get our keys into the condo was, “It happens.”Once we finally get into the condo, the blinds are broken, dining chairs falling apart, no oven to cook with, and the 2nd bedroom window is broken and doesn’t close all the way which brings in cold air and noise from the street. They have a crappy sign up that says the window is broken, “sorry for the inconvenience.” I had to wedge a blanket in between the window and frame because it was freezing cold in the bedroom. My 2 kids, husband, and I had to sleep together on one bed in the Master bedroom! The master bedroom toilet seat cover is barely on. And I paid over $600/night for this place! It is terrible that Vacasa as the management company continues to rent this out knowing it is in disrepair.

  : The location.
  : The facilities are beat up. You shouldn’t have to take out your own trash. The ice maker didn’t work. The beds and pillows and blankets were uncomfortable. There should be water in the lobby area. The tissues & toilet paper were super low quality. For the price you pay for these I think amenities should be upgraded.
