  : Location was amazing. Easy to get to Peru express with a short few minute walk. Fire place and facilities were all nice. Lots of space.
  : Neither top bunk beds were made and they didn't seem clean. One of them had a used mask under the stack of clean sheets. Don't mind making my own bed but was unexpected, also just a top sheet and blanket were provided.The living room which was otherwise very nice had some kind of decorative lights above the fireplace that could not be turned off. Tried everything to turn them off so people could sleep on the sofa bed but couldn't be done. People sleeping in the living room basically slept with lights on. Talked to the customer service desk who said they put in a work order for someone to come by and fix it/ turn it off, no one ever came.Beds loud and springy.Was asked to go back to check-in center to sign something they forgot to give me the first time I checked in.
