  : Access to transportation. Seclusion. Access to restaurants, bars, shops was great. House was perfect size for 6 adults. Cooking facilities and equipment, and kitchenware were all available. Convenient to everything. We contacted the management co. several times with questions. They were quick to respond and resolve our issues.
  : I would have liked a one page reference sheet in the book with some reminders about towels, laundry, checkout. Things I remembered reading on the website, but couldn't find again.

  : Comfy bed, clean linens. Central location if you want to be close to Duval street. If you dont want to be close to the madness of Duval street do not book this place.
  : Horrible horrible roosters sounds all night long with paper thin walls in the house, got no sleep. Very tight parking spot when someone parked beside you. Carpet in living room was very used and dirty. Air conditioning unit in one of bedrooms the mode button was damaged so couldnt change the mode. Small cockroach found in bathroom (live).

  : Location was perfect - right off of Duvall yet quiet at night. Sitting area in back was awesome along with the hot tub!
  : Hairdryer doesnt work. The outlet needs to be fixed - sparks blew when plugging anything in. A pizza cutter would have been nice but scissors did the trick. The one toilet runs constantly so needs repair. Would still definitely stay here again still!

  : Great location. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and toilet paper.
  : Wifi didnt work properly. Sensor alarm in 1 bedroom went off at 5.30am. Place wasnt very clean.

  : Location was perfect. We've stayed here before and loved it.
  : The place smelled very musty - we had to buy an odor eliminator. There was a mouse that ate some of our food on the counter. We had to put in microwave and fridge. Washer and dryer were dirty and the dryer did not work very well. Price was a bit high. Parking was horrible- we had a big van and had to have other guests next door move their vehicles just to get in or out.
