  : For multiple days our room had a cockroach issue, after the 3rd day of this issue we had to move rooms

  : Pool area has a lot of potential but needs an upgrade before it is like what you expect based on the pictures and based on the high room rates. The nice pool furtniture you can see on the pictures is not available at the property.Room clean.
  : Room worn out (poor water pressure, curtain in shower which is actually the bath, ...) with very noisy and non-adjustable airco (on or out and not possible to sleep with airco on due to noise). Badly isolated. Only 8 sunbeds (not comfortable) available around big pool, the rest is ugly plastic chairs (but doable in terms of comfort). Food in food truck is overpriced and unhealthy greasy options only. Not pleasant area to sit either. Music too loud around pool (on Sunday that was, Monday much better). Hotel is labelled “adults only” but this is clearly not the case. Noisy public, not very sophisticated. Additional charge of 50 dollar for unexplainable taxes. 2 free drinks while we were with 3 (and not willing to give a 3rd).
