: The property is beautiful. The inside of the apartment is clean and well stocked. There is even a mini fridge. The surrounding area is gorgeous and has wonderful sunsets. The property is close enough to the airport and downtown but far enough away that you dont have crowds.
: The bed was small and not very comfortable - with two people, you sink in the middle, even with the giant mattress topper. The apartment is attached to the owners home so you can hear them (which means they can probably hear you) - its separated by a single door that has a gap in the bottom. Theyve done their best to remedy this, but it still felt like we had to try to be quiet and we were woken up a few times by their noise too. There also isnt a clear view of the cove from the apartment.

: I appreciated the excellent communication by the rental agency, and coordination and assistance offered by the guest contact folks, Jason and Shelly. I loved the location fairly close to town, but entirely removed from the hustle and bustle. The beach access was awesome, and at low tide one can walk out nearby perpendicular to the dock for a complete view of this MASSIVE residence (of which this apartment is the tiny back corner patch. The interior was beautifully decorated and I appreciated the warm leather scent in the air from new furniture. I like that there were all the plates and coffee maker (and ground coffee!) to make for an easy transition to the day.
: I found the bed to be too soft. I was fine the first night but after the second night I sank too far into it and woke with a stiff necktho could be personal preference. With how fancy everything else was, I was surprised that the shower head was a cheap plastic $10 variety that kinda sprayed everywhere. While it wasnt terrible, you will become aware that there is a family living immediately adjacent to you and you can hear the kids footsteps running around in the evening. The room got pretty warm, and while a fan was provided, its an industrial variety fan that seemingly starts on high and only gets faster and louder. I feel a simple Lasko stand up fan for the room wouldve been perfect.
